The general terms and conditions of the epijace.si online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce. It is advised that you read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before using the Web Store Websites. By using the epijace.si website, you express your agreement to the terms set out below. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the epijace.si online store.

The online store epijace.si (hereinafter referred to as “the store”) is operated by JUSTIN STORITVE D.O.O .. (hereinafter referred to as “the provider”).

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to inform the tenderer (at the contact e-mail info@epijace.si) within 15 days of picking up the goods, without withdrawing the reason for his decision. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days after the notice of cancellation (purchase) has been sent.

Prices

Prices are in Euros (€) including VAT. The price shown on the bottle does not include shipping costs.

The price displayed at the end of the order is the final price, which also includes the shipping cost.

The Bidder reserves the right to change the prices. Valid is the price published on the day of the order i.e. on the day of completion of the contract.

 

Terms of payment

At epijace.si, the provider offers the following payment methods:

• Stripe credit card payment; Credit card payment is possible through a Stripe platform that does not require any additional Stripe account.
  1.5 € additional fee will be charged for Stripe payments

Security of personal information

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the customers.

The provider permanently stores the IP addresses of all visitors to the online store, and the registered members also include: first and last name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with the provider.

The Bidder will use personal information exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information materials, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.

In no case will the user’s data be handed over to unauthorized persons.

The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his / her username and password and adequate software (antivirus) protection of his / her computer.

 

User reviews / comments

User reviews and reviews, as well as product reviews written by customers, are part of the store’s functionality for the user community. The provider allows the opinion to be written by any registered user of the store and reviewed by the provider before final publication. The provider will not post any opinions or posts that are in any way offensive, obscene or in the provider’s opinion do not benefit other users and visitors.

By submitting an opinion or comment, the user explicitly agrees to the terms of use and allows the provider to publish part or all of the text in all electronic and other media. The provider has the right to use the content for an unlimited period of time and for any purpose which is in the business interest of the provider, including posting in advertisements or other marketing communications. At the same time, the author of the opinion declares and warrants that he is the owner of the material and moral copyright for the written opinions and comments, and that he transfers these rights exclusively and indefinitely to the provider.

Stock

Most products are in stock if certain items are out of stock and this is not clearly stated on the website. If the products are not available we reserve the right to cancel the order and in this case we will refund you the already paid purchase price.

Complaints and disputes

It is the provider’s responsibility to establish an effective complaint handling system. The bidder will endeavor to consider the complaint as soon as possible and to inform the buyer thereof.

It will also endeavor to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.

Warnings

The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Therefore, the customer must be of legal age at the time of placing the order. Otherwise, the tenderer immediately withdraws from the contract.

Ministry of Health warns; excessive alcohol consumption is detrimental to health.
